-Notice to Pharmacy Today Readers-
Because of errors made by Pharmacy Today's printer, the last 4 pages of the February issue-pages 65 to 68-were omitted from both the National Edition and the Health-System Edition. In addition, for those who receive the Health-System Edition, pages HSE1 through HSE8 were placed in the back of each issue rather than following page 48 as was stated in the Table of Contents. The omitted pages can be viewed online at www.pharmacytoday.org.

The missing pages contain recruitment advertisements for CVS and Rx Relief, an advertisement for Lexicomp, the Ad Index for February, and the ISMP Error Alert column.
